I NEED MORE POWER

After Buying over 48 Power Cords for my Animated Christmas Trees from Animated Lighting, I realized putting in a new subpanel in my basement was the right thing to do. I now have two fourplexs on the side and back to power my christmas displays. The controller alone can pull up to 30amps but my 20amp circuit should be ok with the 1,500 LED lights that I have on the christmas tree's. I have learned one thing. Electricity and water are not nice to one another. This weeks rain tripped my GFI circuits twice. At least they were doing their job. With todays snow forecast I will not be turning on the tree's unless I want to get a perm for my hair!!

The Tightest Band In History

Ever Since I heard David Garibaldi of Tower of Power while attending Berklee College of Music in Boston I was hooked. When I learned that my drum teacher, the great Gary Chaffee and DG were best of friends and had the same kind teaching concepts, I knew I wanted to play like that. It's amazing that the band has been around since the early 70's and still continue's to FUNK up the place. Get any one of their cd's you will not be disapointed.

My Halloween Display

My Halloween Display for 2006 was made up using Animated Lighting's 16 channel light controller and creating the music mix with Mark of the Unicorn's Digital Performer. I started in June mixing the music and creating the show in Animation Director. I shot the video for the guys at AL in August so they could put it up on their website. Halloween was a huge success with over 200 trick or treaters and some great compliments.

NEW HOLIDAY

I Thought I would honor a new holiday. Since I start getting ready for Halloween in September and the day after Halloween start setting up my Christmas decorations, this makes perfect sense to me!!
